Frequently asked questions

Is Survey Buddy available for iMIS 2017 as well as Cloud?

Yes!  Survey Buddy is cloud-friendly but works beautifully in both versions of iMIS.

Am I limited with the number of surveys I can create?

No, you can create as many surveys and track as many submissions as you like, at no additional cost.

Can I present surveys online as well as by email?

Yes!  The survey can be presented via navigation on your RISE website, or sent as a link in an email

Do I need to build surveys from scratch each time?

No,  you can clone existing surveys, and event create template surveys.

Does every survey need a new content page in RiSE?

No.  The content can be created dynamically because each survey itself has a unique ID

Without creating fields in iMIS, how is the data saved?

Good question – call us for the technical answer.  But in simple terms, the answers are stored in iMIS against an ID in a format that doesn't require specific data configuration.

Can I send surveys and save the responses anonomously?

Yes, you can submit surveys without logging in and save the responses anonymously. There is even an unauthenticated option which allows you to send a unique URL to each contact, that allows them to submit the survey without logging in, but still track the survey against their contact record.
